Ricky Kline, Head Golf Professional, Certified Clubfitter, TPI Certified
Ricky has been working in the golf industry since 2009 years at various facilities. He has been teaching and club fitting since 2012. Ricky has a passion for sharing his love of the game with golfers of all levels. He enjoys helping people play better golf and being a resource of knowledge on all aspects of golf including mental aspects of the game, practicing efficiently and correctly, how to have fun while playing and understanding what the best golf equipment is for each individual person.
Ricky has worked at Sittler Golf Center for the better part of the past 14 years learning from his father, PGA Director of Golf Professional Rick Kline and other PGA professionals that have been at the facility and at surrounding facilities in Berks/Lehigh counties. He's also been to various other states; i.e. Arizona, California and Florida to study and learn from other teachers and professionals.
"I've taught golfers of all levels from beginners that have never picked up a club to low handicap golfers that have specific swing and mental needs. Golf is a very comprehensive sport that anyone can play as long as they put their mind to it. I want to help all golfers, at any level reach their specific goals. Whether it's making solid contact, breaking 100, fixing a slice/hook, breaking even par or countless other goals; we can develop a plan of action and find the best way to improve your all around game. During our first lesson, I like to take a look at your current swing and discuss how long you've been playing for, how often you play/practice, what are your expectations while playing, what are your strengths/weaknesses and get your overall goals. Even if you don't know your goals, we help get a better understanding of realistic goals that we can achieve. From there we can make a plan of action that best fits your needs and wants. All lessons are personalized and tailored to each person and their respective swings and goals. No two people are exactly alike in life nor in golf."

Anthony joined the Sittler Golf family in February of 2021. He is a fully certified PGA of America Professional. Anthony is originally from Ireland and entered the Golf industry in 1990 working for a Master club builder in Dublin. He turned Professional in 1994 and worked at some of Dublin's premier courses as he became a PGA Member professional in March of 1999. Anthony moved to America in 2004 and qualified through the PGA of America in 2009. Now with over 30 years of experience and over 20,000 lessons and fittings given, Anthony's extensive experience and knowledge makes him a welcomed addition to our team. Anthony's professional playing background gives him a unique insight into what it takes to be successful at every level. His diverse understanding of instructional philosophies and fitting techniques allows him to create a way for golfers of all abilities to feel comfortable during their appointments.
"My approach to instruction or fittings is to provide a relaxed, informative and educational atmosphere. Understanding how you swing and how you hit the ball is part of the process, but understanding how to practice effectively is just as important. I coach the player holistically taking into consideration their style, technique and equipment. Having a better understanding of how your body and arms move will have a tremendous impact on how your club reacts. Once we understand your golf swing patterns I will develop a specific training program or clubfitting for you to achieve your goals."

Craig Maurer, Assistant Golf Professional, Certified Clubfitter
Craig joined Sittler Golf in April of 2022 with the aspiration of becoming a PGA Professional and Teacher/Fitter. Golf has been Craig’s passion since starting to play at the age of 5. His competitive career started as a junior in the AJGA, Philly Junior Tour and BCGA, then through high school at Governor Mifflin followed by playing on West Chester University’s Golf team. He’s now playing professional tournaments and in the Philadelphia PGA Section. Over the years he has worked with many teaching professionals with varying teaching philosophies. This has given him great insight into the different ways of teaching. He has worked in the Golf industry on and off since the age of 14 as a caddie at Berkshire CC to the Pro-shop and bag room at Reading CC in his twenties. After these experiences Craig has had different careers such as a car salesman, sous chef and a personal trainer and was an entrepreneur owning a Café and Auto Detailing business. Craig’s passion for golf brought him back full circle to the industry since starting at Sittler Golf. Having such a wide range of experience allows him to relate quickly to his clients and ease any pressure or anxieties the client might feel.
With years of experience playing competitively, he can bring forth the lessons he’s learned on and off the course to help golfers of all skill levels. Craig believes in adapting his teaching style to his client, whether the student relates more to a technical or feel approach. He also believes that helping his students improve mentally is just as important as physically. To get his students to play their best golf he likes to run them through different scenarios and thought processes to maximize their potential. With the day and age of Youtube Golf and all the information out there, Craig wants to get his clients back to making the game of golf fun and simplify the learning process. “I see so many new clients come in with Paralysis by analysis when there is a simpler way that they just didn’t see or understand. I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach, but I do believe in simplifying our swings and course management and turning golf into an athletic feeling, like when you’re a kid just trying to get the ball in the hole as quickly as possible.”
