Membership
The Hole in One Club is a membership program
("Membership") open to U.S. residents (excluding U.S.
territories) of at least 13 years of age. By purchasing a
Membership, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age
or older. The regular price for the Membership is $25.
Your Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and
future program rules. Your Membership is valid only at Sittler
Golf Center, Kutztown, PA. Your Membership expires one year from
date of enrollment. Enrollment begins when you first purchase
your member number in store. Upon expiration, your Membership
does not automatically renew, and additional fees may apply to
your renewal. Sittler Bucks may carry over upon renewal.
Earn Sittler Bucks
As a member of the Hole in One Club program, you earn 5%-10% on
almost any purchase when you show your membership card
("Membership Card") at time of purchase in store. Earn
additional Sittler Bucks through special offers and promotions.
Sittler Bucks calculations are based upon dollars spent at
checkout on eligible purchases less any dollars spent on sales
tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking
fees, rebates applied at the time of purchase, or other excluded
charges. Sittler Bucks are not added to your Account for dollars
spent on Membership enrollment or renewal fees, red tag sales,
all Ping Products or Gift Cards. Sittler Bucks are not added to
your account for the amount of any Sittler Bucks redeemed or
discounts. When products are returned to the store, Sittler
Bucks will be deducted from your Account for that purchase.
Other exclusions may apply. Membership Cards and Sittler Bucks
have no cash value and are nontransferable. Lost or stolen
Membership Cards will not be replaced. Sittler Golf is not
responsible for communications, including Membership Cards, lost
due to change of address or other contact information. Sittler
Bucks that remain on your Account expire and are forfeited when
your Membership expires.
Membership Changes/ Cancellation/ Termination
You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Sittler
Golf Center by mail, e-mail or telephone. Sittler Golf Center
reserves the right to cancel in its sole discretion your
Membership and any Membership fees will not be refunded. Sittler
Golf Center may, at any time, terminate or modify the Hole in
One Club program and program rules without any further
obligations to members. Your Membership fee will not be refunded
in the event the Hole in One Club program is terminated by
Sittler Golf Center.
General Program Information
The Hole in One Club program is brought to you by Sittler Golf
Center. By becoming a member of the Hole in One Club program,
you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other
communications from Sittler Golf Center. Membership rules
are void to the extent where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply
where required by law.
